This is a stunningly characterful piece of seasoned Yew from a tree in Hampshire formed into a lovely character side table - ideal for drinks or a small lamp, and standing on 3 Beech legs.

A slice has been taken through the trunk of an old and very complex Yew tree and you can clearly see where multiple new branch cores are forming inside the tree at this point, prior to exiting this part of the trunk.

Dimensions - at widest 44 x 31cm and weight is 3kg. Height from floor to top is 33cm

The legs are made from European Beech and are threaded so can be unscrewed for packing.

The top is very smooth and is finished with multiple layers of matt acrylic, and although waterproof we strongly recommend use of coasters to prevent potential marking.

A stunning piece that is usable everyday and ideal for those that love both the beauty within nature and contemporary design. Also very Wabi Sabi.
